style="font-family:&amp;#39;lucida grande&amp;#39;"&gt;E poi adesso ve lo confesso, sì...i primi, i secondi, i contorni, vabbè, ma io sto bene solo quando pasticcio con la glassa, i colori, quando impreco inc....tissima perchè lo zucchero a velo va in giro dappertutto fuorchè nell'impasto, quando sporco anche la camera da letto che è lontana 7 metri dalla cucina, quando insomma posso dare sfogo alla mia "dolce" vena creativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;#39;lucida grande&amp;#39;"&gt;In realtà con questa torta non ho fatto grande&amp;#39;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;#39;lucida grande&amp;#39;"&gt;- 5 uova&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;#39;lucida grande&amp;#39;"&gt;- 75 gr. di farina&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;#39;lucida grande&amp;#39;"&gt;- 75 gr, di frumina&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;#39;lucida grande&amp;#39;"&gt;- 150 gr, di zucchero&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;#39;lucida grande&amp;#39;"&gt;- 1 pizzico di sale&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;#39;lucida grande&amp;#39;"&gt;- buccia di limone grattugiata finemente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;#39;lucida grande&amp;#39;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;#39;lucida grande&amp;#39;"&gt;Del procedimento per il Pan di Spagna ho già parlato &lt;a href="http://lavitaunachimera.blogspot.com/2008/06/torta-di.html"&gt;qui&lt;/a&gt; e &lt;a href="http://lavitaunachimera.blogspot.com/2008/07/prima-torta-in-marshmellows-fondent.html"&gt;qui&lt;/a&gt;. ancora tempo di fragole'/><author><name>\</name><email>noreply@blogger.com</email><gd:image rel='http://schemas.google.com/g/2005#thumbnail' width='16' height='16' src='http://img2.blogblog.com/img/b16-rounded.gif'/></author><media:thumbnail xmlns:media='http://search.yahoo.com/mrss/' url='http://bp2.blogger.com/_52vs3CyA7M4/SHfZhSMUxDI/AAAAAAAAAIM/vCugNlqqB-U/s72-c/DSCF0171.JPG' height='72' width='72'/><thr:total>0</thr:total></entry><entry><id>tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4055142513400984399.post-6667184552558047865</id><published>2008-09-12T11:00:00.000-07:00</published><updated>2011-02-12T08:03:30.048-08:00</updated><category scheme='http://www.blogger.com/atom/ns#' term='Без рубрики'/><title type='text'>Mattonella variegata alle patate e fagiolini...molto coreografica</title><content type='html'>&lt;div style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;a href="http://bp0.blogger.com/_52vs3CyA7M4/SHkhDcr89qI/AAAAAAAAAJM/-YQgc1O3pnU/s1600-h/tre0345.jpg"&gt;&lt;img src="http://bp0.blogger.com/_52vs3CyA7M4/SHkhDcr89qI/AAAAAAAAAJM/-YQgc1O3pnU/s400/tre0345.jpg" border="0" alt=""&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;#39;lucida grande&amp;#39;"&gt;Girovagando quà e là nei siti di cucina, mi sono imbattuta nel classico gateau di patate che, peraltro, mi riesce sempre molto bene, e che come qualcuno saprà, mi piace moltissimo per il semplice fatto che, l'ingrediente principale di cui si compone, è la patata.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;#39;lucida grande&amp;#39;"&gt;E così, dopo una lunga, lunghissima notte insonne, ho "sfornato" questa ideina che spero vi piacerà.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;#39;lucida grande&amp;#39;"&gt;Trattasi di un semplice gateau di patate un po' rivisitato.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;#39;lucida grande&amp;#39;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;img src="http://bp1.blogger.com/_52vs3CyA7M4/SHkfbc4JAvI/AAAAAAAAAJE/GJI3qr82x7Q/s400/tre0348.jpg" border="0" alt=""&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;#39;lucida grande&amp;#39;"&gt;Gli ingredienti che vi serviranno e di cui non darò le dosi esatte perchè come ormai saprete, tranne che per i dolci, faccio ad occhio sono:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;#39;lucida grande&amp;#39;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;#39;lucida grande&amp;#39;"&gt;- circa 500gr. di fagiolini freschi&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;#39;lucida grande&amp;#39;"&gt;- circa 1 kg di patate&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;#39;lucida grande&amp;#39;"&gt;- aglio&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;#39;lucida grande&amp;#39;"&gt;- olio evo&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;#39;lucida grande&amp;#39;"&gt;- sale e pepe q.b.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;#39;lucida grande&amp;#39;"&gt;- formaggio grana grattugiato &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;#39;lucida grande&amp;#39;"&gt;- formaggio brie (o quello che a voi piace purchè sia molto saporito)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;#39;lucida grande&amp;#39;"&gt;- 3 uova&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;#39;lucida grande&amp;#39;"&gt;- 1 cucchiaio di insaporitore granulare&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;#39;lucida grande&amp;#39;"&gt;- noce moscata grattugiata&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;#39;lucida grande&amp;#39;"&gt;- mezzo bicchiere di latte&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;#39;lucida grande&amp;#39;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;#39;lucida grande&amp;#39;"&gt;Procedimento: lavare le patate e lessarle con la buccia; mondare i fagiolini togliendo il filamento (in alternativa potete usare i fagiolini surgelati, io non l'ho fatto, ma quando si ha fretta è l'ideale), lavarli e lessarli in acqua leggermente salata, facendo attenzione a non protrarne troppo la cottura rischiando di spappolarli.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;#39;lucida grande&amp;#39;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;#39;lucida grande&amp;#39;"&gt;Scolare i fagiolini e metterli in una padella antiaderente con dell'olio, due spicchi di aglio e un cucchiaio di insaporitore vegetale in polvere, (va bene anche un cubetto di brodo vegetale). Lasciare sfrigolare l'aglio insieme ai fagiolini e far insaporire ben bene per almeno 10 minuti. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;#39;lucida grande&amp;#39;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;#39;lucida grande&amp;#39;"&gt;Rassodare 2 delle 3 uova. In una terrina mettere le patate e schiacciarle con la forchetta. Salare, pepare e aggiungere la noce moscata, l'uovo, una più che abbondante manciata di formaggio grana grattugiato, il brie spezzettato e il latte. Amalgamare bene il composto al quale andranno aggiunti un po' di fagiolini passati nel mixer.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;#39;lucida grande&amp;#39;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;#39;lucida grande&amp;#39;"&gt;&lt;img src="http://bp2.blogger.com/_52vs3CyA7M4/SHkfRqEFrXI/AAAAAAAAAI8/j-yVlbsAJBw/s400/tre0346.jpg" border="0" alt=""&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;#39;lucida grande&amp;#39;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;#39;lucida grande&amp;#39;"&gt;Con della carta forno bagnata e strizzata, foderare uno stampo da plum cake e disporre nel senso della lunghezza i fagiolini che copriranno solo il fondo dello stampo. Aggiungere un filo d'olio e disporre sopra metà del composto di patate. Tagliare in sei spicchi le uova e adagiarle per il lungo dello stampo, sul purè. Posizioniare i fagiolini che copriranno solo gli spazi lasciati vuoti dagli spicchi delle uova. Infine versare l'altra metà del composto di patate, spolverizzare con abbondante grana grattugiato, irrorare con dell'olio extra vergine e mettere in forno ventilato per circa 25 minuti a 165 gradi. Lasciare intiepidire benissimo la terrina prima di rovesciarla su un piatto da portata. Togliere la carta forno e servire in tranci.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;#39;lucida grande&amp;#39;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;#39;lucida grande&amp;#39;"&gt;&lt;img grande&amp;#39;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-style:italic"&gt;Note&lt;/span&gt;: visto il sapore neutro dei fagiolini e delle patate, vi consiglio di usare un quantitativo adeguato di formaggio, così da La ripresa delle attività quotidiane già di per sè stesse tanto antipatiche, è stata condizionata anche da un malefico virus influenzale che ha deciso di farmi mooolta compagnia. Finalmente ne sto uscendo fuori, a fatica sì, ma ne sono quasi del tutto fuori.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;#39;lucida grande&amp;#39;"&gt;Quello che mi ha risollevato il morale in questi giorni di forzata latitanza, sono stati i premi di cui mi avete fatto dono. Siete tutti così molto gentili ed affettuosi con me e questo affetto è reciproco e sentito. Mi siete arrivati tutti, e credetemi in questo momento mi ci voleva proprio! fetta d'anguria?</title><content type='html'>&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;#39;lucida grande&amp;#39;"&gt;Vi presento la mia fetta di anguria, sì sì un po' troppo calorica forse, ma decisamente goduriosa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;#39;lucida grande&amp;#39;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;#39;lucida grande&amp;#39;"&gt;Il pan di Spagna è composto da 4 uova, 80 grammi di farina, 40 grammi di frumina, 120 grammi di zucchero, un pizzico di sale e la buccia di limone grattugiata finemente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;#39;lucida grande&amp;#39;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;#39;lucida grande&amp;#39;"&gt;&lt;img style="display:block;margin:0px auto 10px;text-align:center" src="http://bp1.blogger.com/_52vs3CyA7M4/SIAxJLLTsPI/AAAAAAAAAKs/enobdiaCJDM/s400/resizer0007.jpg" border="0" alt=""&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;#39;lucida grande&amp;#39;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;#39;lucida grande&amp;#39;"&gt;La farcia è composta dalle "solite"  (finché ci sono perché non approfittarne) fragole macerate nel liquore di limone e UDITE UDITE la polpa di anguria ridotta a purè. Di quest'ultima, onde evitare fallimenti, ne ho messa molto poca. Intendiamoci, lo vedo sempre ogni giorno, quando mi lavo, quando riassetto, ma l'altro giorno l'ho guardato!!&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span una dolcissima ragazza che mi ha subito conquistato per la sua tenerezza.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;#39;lucida grande&amp;#39;"&gt;&lt;div style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;#39;lucida grande&amp;#39;"&gt;Il pan di Spagna per cui ho usato uno stampo di 20 cm. di lato, è fatto con 3 uova, 60 grammi di farina, 30 grammi di frumina, 90 grammi di zucchero, un pizzico di sale e buccia grattugiata di limone.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;#39;lucida grande&amp;#39;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;img home made.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;#39;lucida grande&amp;#39;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div agitandola affinchè si colorassero e posizionati pazientemente uno ad uno con una piccola pinzetta (non li ho contati, ma credo fossero 250 circa).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div grande&amp;#39;"&gt;- 100 gr. di lenticchie cotte&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;#39;lucida grande&amp;#39;"&gt;- 3 cucchiai di olio evo&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;#39;lucida grande&amp;#39;"&gt;- 1 rametto di rosmarino&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;#39;lucida grande&amp;#39;"&gt;- 1 rametto di Preparare la crema di lenticchie scaldando il latte e aggiungendo la maizena e in questo composto aggiungere le lenticchie. Aggiustare di sale e di pepe e cuocere per circa 5 minuti. In questi giorni ho ripreso tra le mani un vecchio  ricettario Barilla e così ho deciso di provare a ricordare il sapore di questo dolce della mia infanzia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;div style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;#39;lucida grande&amp;#39;"&gt;Mi incuriosisce molto la consistenza di questo dolce che, per certi versi, ricorda lontanamente la pastiera napoletana.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;#39;lucida grande&amp;#39;"&gt;Ho modificato leggermente la ricetta aggiungendo qualche ingrediente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;#39;lucida grande&amp;#39;"&gt;Dosi e ingredienti:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;#39;lucida grande&amp;#39;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;#39;lucida grande&amp;#39;"&gt;- 1 litro di latte&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;#39;lucida grande&amp;#39;"&gt;- 300gr. di riso&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;#39;lucida grande&amp;#39;"&gt;- 150gr. di zucchero&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;#39;lucida grande&amp;#39;"&gt;- buccia di limone&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;#39;lucida grande&amp;#39;"&gt;- 1 pizzico di sale&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;#39;lucida grande&amp;#39;"&gt;- 1 fialetta di aroma di limone o mandorle&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;#39;lucida grande&amp;#39;"&gt;- 1 pezzo di cannella (io ne ho messo uno di circa 6 cm.)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;#39;lucida grande&amp;#39;"&gt;- 6 amaretti sbriciolati&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;#39;lucida grande&amp;#39;"&gt;- 70gr. di canditi misti o in alternativa gocce di cioccolato&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;#39;lucida grande&amp;#39;"&gt;- 3 uova&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;#39;lucida grande&amp;#39;"&gt;- 100gr. di mandorle tritate&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;#39;lucida grande&amp;#39;"&gt;- zucchero a velo&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;#39;lucida grande&amp;#39;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;#39;lucida grande&amp;#39;"&gt;&lt;img style="display:block;margin:0px auto 10px;text-align:center" src="http://bp3.blogger.com/_52vs3CyA7M4/SH2fWpW-_fI/AAAAAAAAAJ8/ZuZyKMlpvyo/s400/resizer4560.jpg" border="0" alt=""&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;#39;lucida grande&amp;#39;"&gt;Procedimento:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;#39;lucida grande&amp;#39;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;#39;lucida grande&amp;#39;"&gt;In una casseruola mettere il latte, la buccia del limone, lo zucchero, la cannella e il sale.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;#39;lucida grande&amp;#39;"&gt;Portare ad ebollizione e far  cuocere il riso finchè non avrà assorbito tutto il latte.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;#39;lucida grande&amp;#39;"&gt;Togliere dal fuoco e far raffreddare un po'. Nel frattempo dividere i tuorli dai bianchi e montare questi ultimi a neve ben ferma.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;#39;lucida grande&amp;#39;"&gt;Riprendere il riso, togliere la cannella e la buccia dl limone, quindi aggiungere uno ad uno i tuorli mescolando bene. Prendere i bianchi e incorporali al composto mescolando con delicatezza dal basso verso l'alto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;#39;lucida grande&amp;#39;"&gt;Aggiungere gli amaretti sbriciolati, i canditi o le gocce di cioccolato, le mandorle tritate e l'aroma di limone.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;#39;lucida grande&amp;#39;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;#39;lucida grande&amp;#39;"&gt;&lt;img style="display:block;margin:0px auto 10px;text-align:center" src="http://bp3.blogger.com/_52vs3CyA7M4/SH2bFh-WZsI/AAAAAAAAAJ0/zSpwRVbvsHQ/s400/resizer4556.jpg" border="0" alt=""&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;#39;lucida grande&amp;#39;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;#39;lucida grande&amp;#39;"&gt;Imburrare uno stampo o due come nel mio caso e cospargerlo di pangrattato.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;#39;lucida grande&amp;#39;"&gt;Mettere in forno preriscaldato a 160° per 1 ora circa; anche qui le indicazioni sono molto relative e dipende dalle prestazioni del vostro forno.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;#39;lucida grande&amp;#39;"&gt;Con uno stecchino di legno assicurarsi della cottura del dolce che deve rimanere morbido  all'interno e chiaro in superficie. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;#39;lucida grande&amp;#39;"&gt;Per la decorazione potete coprire il dolce con una ganache al cioccolato, o semplicemente spolverizzare con lo zucchero a  velo. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;#39;lucida grande&amp;#39;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;#39;lucida grande&amp;#39;"&gt;Note: il cioccolato versato sul dolce secondo me copre il profumo delle spezie e degli aromi; delle due versioni che vedete in foto quella che più mette in risalto la bontà della torta è quella spolverizzata di zucchero a velo.
